Private Care Duty, LLC
Dedicated to Providing the Best Companionship Care.
About Us
Private Care Duty, LLC is a family-owned residential service agency. Unlike many local agencies, Private Care Duty, LLC is not a franchise. We put all of our resources into hiring the best caregivers for our clients. We are licensed to provide quality skilled nursing and non-medical nursing care by the State of Maryland as a Residential Service Agency.

Our caregivers are our most important asset. They are the driving force behind our success daily and we do our best to ensure that they have the resources and support they need as members of our team.
The satisfaction of our staff is just as important to us as client satisfaction. Private Care Duty, LLC performs quality assurance checks regularly to ensure we are constantly improving on key areas such as level of support from their managers, constructive feedback, feeling valued and respected, and client assignments that are a good match.

Private Care Duty, LLC and its dedicated staff of care managers and caregivers look forward to the opportunity to help improve the quality of life of your elderly loved one and provide peace of mind for you and your family.
Services
Private Care Duty, LLC provides a range of services, both long and short-term, at the client’s home or facility of their choice. Upon requesting our services, a Registered Nurse makes an initial visit to the client’s home to assess and evaluate their needs. A customized, individual care plan is created for each client that will be followed by the personal caregiver assigned to that client. Our clients are continually assessed by a Residential Nurse so that their care plan may be modified as their needs change over time. At Private Care Duty, LLC, we focus on matching the needs and preferences of the client to a caregiver whose personality and skills make the best match. Our client’s comfort and satisfaction are the basis of our service plans, and we take pride in finding the best aide for each individual client.
We build customized individual care plans based on the needs of each client. This means your loved one will receive care with their specific needs in mind. Services frequently provided by our caregivers include:

Testimonials
“I live three hours away from my aging mom, and these services are allowing her to remain at home for a few more years”
Audrey S.
“I love it when my aide comes because she's always so happy and energetic! I now have a puzzle partner and I don't feel so lonely. Also, my laundry is always folded nicely and I haven't missed a medical appointment in months."
Morgan D.
“Due to staffing issues at my aunt's assisted living facility, my family opted to hire a night sitter. My aunt is known to elope and hiring extra help was our only option. My aunt seems to be getting better sleep since hiring this agency and hasn't made any attempts to leave the facility”

“My father needed temporary support during his hip replacement surgery, and Private Care Duty was able to screen him as well as assign a companion within 24 hours!”
